Eligibility Criteria

• Contestants must be Indian citizens by birth
• The age of the contestant must be between 21 to 49 years at the time of application.
• The contest is open to married, divorced, and widowed women only.

Application and Fees

• All application and participation fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances

Health and Character

• Contestants must be in good physical and mental health.
• Contestants must have a good character and reputation.

Selection Process

• The selection process will be conducted online, which may include a review of the contestant's profile, telephonic interviews, or videophonic calls.

Travel and Expenses

• All transportation costs to and from event venues are the sole responsibility of the contestant.

Event Venue and Date Changes

• The organization reserves the right to make changes to the venue or dates of the finale or any related events without prior notice.

Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising in connection with the contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Code of Conduct

• Contestants are required to adhere to the rules, regulations, and decorum set forth by the organization. Any violation may result in disqualification without refund.
• The organization reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or false information.

Photography and Media Rights

• By participating in the contest, contestants grant the organization the right to use their photographs, videos, and personal information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any compensation.

Non-Disclosure of Judging Process

• The judging process is confidential. Contestants are not allowed to interfere or challenge the decisions made by the judges or the organization.

Force Majeure

• The organization is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the contest, the contestant agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned herein and as updated by the organization from time to time
